Will my original photograph be changed?
No. We leave your uploaded file unchanged and restore a separate private copy.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can order without creating an account. We email you a private link for updates and delivery.
What kind of file should I upload?
Use the clearest scan or camera copy you have, showing the complete photograph with as little glare as possible. The upload box accepts common image files and shows the size allowed.
Will a severely damaged face be perfectly accurate?
Not necessarily. AI cannot know information that is no longer visible, so the result may include a careful interpretation rather than exact historical detail.
When are my files deleted?
Your private order page shows when downloads expire and photograph files are deleted. You can also ask for earlier deletion where that option is available.
