How it works
A calm, guided route from choosing an option to receiving your files
Choose an option, upload your photographs, review the details and pay. You can then leave the website while the restoration continues.
A simple, guided process
From family album to finished digital keepsake
Choose an option, upload your photographs and pay. We then email you when the finished files are ready. No account is needed.
1
Choose your restoration
Choose the option that matches the number of photographs and whether you want colour added or a memory card.
2
Upload your photographs
Add a clear scan or camera copy. The form shows which common image files and sizes it accepts, and lets you review each photograph.
3
Review and pay securely
Check your option, photographs and email address, confirm you have permission to use the images, then pay by card.
What happens after checkout
Payment is confirmed
Work starts after your payment has been accepted.
Photographs are checked
We check each photograph is readable and the right way up before restoration begins.
Finished files are prepared
We prepare the finished versions included with your chosen option, ready for printing or sharing.
You receive an email
We email you a private link when your files are ready. The email tells you how long the link will work, and we send a reminder before it expires.
AI helps with restoration. Where damage has removed detail, or colour is added, the result may be a careful interpretation rather than a known historical fact.
Preparing a camera copy
- Lay the photograph flat without removing it from a fragile mount.
- Use bright, even indirect light from both sides.
- Hold the camera square to the photograph.
- Fill the frame but keep all four edges visible.
- Check focus at full size before uploading.
Tracking and privacy
Your private order link shows progress without asking you to create an account. Keep it private, just like a password.
From that page you can download finished files, see when access ends and ask for earlier deletion where available.
